中文摘要

移植後二年生香椿(Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem.)盆栽以 30/25°C、25/20°C、 20/15°C三種溫度處理,以瞭解溫度對生長發育及葉片內容物含量的影響。盆栽試驗採 用三種溫度、三種株高、兩種不同成熟期的葉片之複因子設計,測定葉片中總酚類物 質含量及內容物的含量。結果顯示20/15C處理之植物葉片內總多元酚類物質含量高於 30/25C及25/20C。嫩葉總酚類物質含量高於成葉。原始植株高度以植株矮的總酚類 物質含量較低。以高效能液相層析儀(HPLC)分析結果顯示嫩葉中生理機能成分,包 括沒食子酸(Gallic acid)、沒食子酸甲酯(Methyl gallate)、1,2,3,4,6-O-五沒食子酰葡萄糖 (1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-P-D-glucose ; 5GG)、沒食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate)皆高於成葉,達極 顯著水準;兒茶素(catechin)反之,而芸香苷(rutin)含量在兩者間無顯著差異。曰夜溫20/15 C處理之植物葉片生理機能成分以沒食子酸、兒茶素、沒食子酸甲酯、芸香苷、1,2,3,4,6-O-五沒食子酰葡萄糖(5GG)含量顯著高於30/25C及25/20C處理,而沒食子酸乙酯則以20/15 C處理者顯著高於30/25C處理者,但與25/20C無顯著差異。原始植株高度以植株矮的六 種生理機能成分皆較低,達顯著水準。溫度處理後採收之葉片中,總酚含量仍以低溫處理 者較高,尤其是沒食子酸之衍生物,含量除25/20°C處理者之外,均較處理期間低。

英文摘要

Two-year-old transplanted potted Toona si^e^sis (A. Juss.) Roem. seedling plants were treated with three temperatures, that were 30/25〇C (day/night 〇C), 25/20^ and 20/15^, to understood the effect of temperature on growth of the plants and internal components of leaves. A 3x3x2 factorial design was used, which contents three temperatures, three kinds of plant height and two kinds of leaf maturity. The results show that the young leaves under lowest temperature and plant height condition had the highest total polyphenols content. According to HPLC analyzed data, compare to mature leaf, young leaf had high significance higher of several phytochemical included gallic acid, methyl gallate, 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-p-D-glucose (5GG) and ethyl gallate, while invers in catechins content. Plants leafs under 20/15^ condition, had significant higher 5GG, gallic acid, methyl gallate, catechins and rutin. All of six group phytochemical content in leaf of higher plants were significant lower. After treated, phytochemicals content increased except those under 25/20°C condition.
