動作學習過程中,暫時性表現與相對持久性學習間的區隔是特別重要。動作技能學習的現象,可從動作記憶過程造成的行為改變加以解釋。記憶固化在動作表現與學習的過程中扮演重要角色,動作技能學習初期,動作記憶即開始持續建立。此外,動作記憶引致經驗有關的改變不僅發生在動作學習階段,在練習後亦是息息相關。據此,本文以動作記憶固化觀點為主軸,解析其動作表現與學習的過程,進一步提出睡眠可能直接影響動作記憶的固化,因而不同時間點對動作表現與學習的測量,將反映不同動作記憶效力。最後提出記憶固化概念在體育教學與動作練習時的應用。

英文摘要

The distinction between transient performance and relatively permanent learning isparticularly critical to motor learning processes. Moreover, the phenomenon of motor skilllearning can be interpreted by behavioral changes as a function of motor memory processes.Memory consolidation plays an important role in the process of motor performance and learningin that motor memory has been established in the continuous development of motor skill learningfollowing initial acquisition. Moreover, experience-dependent changes induced from motormemory not only occur on the stage of motor learning, but during on the post-acquisition period.Therefore, this paper focused on motor memory consolidation to explain the process of motorperformance and learning, which indicated sleep may directly affect the process of motormemory consolidation. As such, the motor performance and learning measured at different timepoints reflects the different efficacy of the motor memory. Lastly, the memory consolidationconcept that can be applied in physical education teaching and motor practice were proposed.
