遊覽車司機到交通部抗議遞陳情書,希望政府重視其工作權益。過往研究尚未完整地探討遊覽車司機的職場韌性歷程。本研究目的在探討遊覽車司機的職場韌性歷程,採用質性研究方法深度訪談24位遊覽車司機來收集資料。訪談內容經過嚴謹的內容分析發現,遊覽車司機在遭遇困境時,容易引發身心疾病與壓抑情緒等問題,其以自己克服困境、適應困境、終身學習、忍耐以及尋求協助等方式與困境產生對應,進而培養韌性強化能量。本研究之研究貢獻為初擬遊覽車司機韌性歷程之概念模型與建立未來相關概念的理論研究基礎;並提出管理意涵,作為政府與遊覽車行培訓適任遊覽車司機推動程序之參考。

英文摘要

Tour bus drivers gave a full statement to the Ministry of Transportation andCommunications and wished Taiwanese government to take care of their basicincome and rights. Previous studies have not completely explored the careerresilience about tour bus drivers. Hence, the purpose of this study is to uncover thecareer resilience of tour bus drivers. Qualitative research and in-depth interviewswith 24 respondents were conducted to collect data on their experience of career development. Through content analysis, the results found that it was common for thetour bus drivers to develop physical and mental illnesses and negative emotions inthe dilemma. To deal with these challenges, the tour bus drivers developed thesestrategies: get over dilemma by self, adapt to the dilemma, lifelong learning,patience, and ask for assistance. Using these strategies can help with careeradvancement and resilience. The contribution of this study is to propose theresilience process of tour bus drivers and provide a foundation for building futuretheoretical concepts of related constructs. Managerial implications are proposed forgovernment and tour bus companies to train qualified people to meet the needs oftour bus driver.
