中文摘要

當前中小學為降低學生中輟率,以防範學生犯罪,因而著重於了解學生中小學學生輟學之相關因素。本研究以Durkheim的無規範理論、Reckless的抑制理論,以及Hirschi的社會鍵理論等社會控制理論之觀點,探討國中生輟學因素與社會控制理論之關係。研究經由半結構深度訪談的方式,訪談專業輔導人員過去輔導國中生輟學案例之經驗,訪談資料經資料解構、編碼、交叉比對、歸納與綜理等過程,再與社會控制理論之觀點進行對照、澄清與轉化敘述,所獲得之研究結果如後:學生輟學前所呈現衝突、混亂、脫序與違反常規行為,符應社會控制理論之内在推力、外在推力和外在拉力之徵兆,且多數學生呈現出無依附連結、無目標承諾、無參與正當活動及無規範道德信念之特質。根據本研究所得之學生輟學因素,應與現行之輔導機制做比較,再理出足以持續落實、強化作為和融人之教育方案,使學生願意留校持續接受教育,以避免因輟學而衍生後果之處理與困擾之解決。

英文摘要

To understand the factors of dropping out of school and reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency prevention from dropping out has become an important issue to primary and secondary education. In this study, the factors that drop out of junior high school is explore based on Durkheim's anomie theories, Reckless containment theories, Hirschi social bond theory and related social control theory. The present study analyzed the evidences from interview the experienced counselors and the case study, and compare to the theoretical concepts to form suggestions to the present guidance systems. Semi-structured interview is applied in the present study, the collected records were coded, categorized, compared to form the results as follows. The conflict, chaos, out of orders before drop of school are the tactics that proposed by social control theory. Most of the cases showed that they do not have social attachments, goal commitment, normative belief, and not interested in normal activity. After discussing the results, the suggestions that how to form a feasible guidance systems are proposed in the present study. The implements of the present study are also offered in the end of the study to prevent students drop out of school, and decrease the followed consequences.
