本研究之研究目的為發展桌遊融入班級輔導活動教學與評量,與探討桌遊教學對國中生班級人際關係影響。為完成上述研究目的,本研究以高雄市某國中班級,30名學生為樣本進行行動研究,研究工具包含中學生人際關係量表、課程學習單,並採用資料蒐集法及文件分析法進行結果探討,並以德國心臟病、妙語說書人、矮人礦坑、實話實說與火花等五款桌遊為工具,進行為期十週的桌遊教學。本研究發現為「德國心臟病」桌遊教學有助於促進學生與同儕發展出良性的人際互動模式、「妙語說書人」桌遊教學有利於檢視自己在團體中的地位與角色、「矮人礦坑」桌遊教學能促使學生在遇到挫折時尋求他人的協助、「實話實說」桌遊教學能導引學生覺察在與人相處時產生的困擾並提出解決策略、「花火」桌遊教學能協助學生知曉在團體中所需的自信與安全感,以及桌遊教學的使用有助於國中生班級人際關係之改善。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to develop class counseling activity teaching and assessment of board game integration, as well as to investigatethe impact of board game teaching on interpersonal relationship in junior high school classes. To achieve the said research purpose, this study enrolled 30 students in a certain junior high school class in Kaohsiung City as the sample to conduct action research. The research instruments included junior high school student interpersonal relationship scale and course learning sheet. In addition, this study adopted data collection methods and document analysis methods to investigate the results. Moreover, this study used five board games, German Heart Attack, Outstanding Storyteller, Dwarf Pit, Truth Telling, and Spark, as the tools to implement a 10-week board game teaching unit. This study found that “German Heart Attack” board game teaching helped improve the development of good interpersonal interaction in students and peers; “Outstanding Storyteller” board game teaching helped students check their own status and role in a group; “Dwarf Pit” board game teaching urged students to seek assistance from others when encountering frustrations; “Truth Telling” board game teaching guided students to perceive the distress generated during interactions with people and propose solutions and strategies; “Spark” board game teaching helped students become aware of the self-confidence and sense of safety required in a group. Furthermore, the use of board game teaching helped improve interpersonal relationship in junior high school classes.
