本文針對多缸行程程序控制迴路中易出現障礙信號的問題提出了一種新型可靠的解決方法,控制迴路採用氣動順序控制器,並對氣動順序控制器的結構和工作原理進行了分析;提出了基於步進法的全氣動多缸順序動作迴路設計方法及多缸順序動作控制迴路的標准設計步驟,使全氣動控制設計變為有規可循的簡單設計。

英文摘要

In order to avoid the obstacle signals that emerged in sequential control circuit, a resolve method of using programmable air controller was put forward in this paper, and the working principle and structure of programmable air controller were analyzed also. The method and standard design procedure of total pneumatic sequential control circuit of multi-cylinder based on step forward method was researched in this paper, which made the design of total pneumatic sequential control circuit easier.
