本研究為了解臺灣地區學校績效責任研究之現況與趨向,因而整理分析1984~2018年學校績效責任相關期刊論文,並採用內容分析法,以不同年代變化之觀點,探討研究主題、研究對象、研究取向與取向方法等四個層面。歸納四項結論:一、研究主題的變化與國內教育政策走向具關聯性;二、研究對象的趨向已轉為針對不同特性精緻化研究;三、研究取向多數傾向質性研究而質量兼用數量最少;四、研究方法多以論述性與問卷調查為主,但日趨多元。最終並提出建議,以供未來研究參考。

英文摘要

In order to a nalyze the recent studies and empirical trends on the topic of “school accountability” in Taiwan, this study takes journal articles published between 1984 and 2018 for the main research objectives. The authors used content analysis to analyze in the perspective of research topics, periods, objectives, methods, and orientations. It comes to four conclusions as below: (1) There are correlat ions between the change of research topics and the trend of Taiwan’s education policy: (2) The trend of the research object has turned to refined research for different characteristics; (3) Most of th e research orientations tend to be qualitative research while the integration of qualitative and quantit ative approaches is the least; (4) Most of the research methods are mainly expository and questionnaire survey, but the methods are increasingly diverse. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for reference of future researches.
