緒論:本研究目的在於了解運動代表隊學童與一般學童心率變異度(heart rate variability, HRV) 之差異情形。方法:83位國小高年級學童依運動訓練經歷分為運動代表隊組(n=44、身高152.4 ± 8.0 cm、體重47.9 ± 9.7 kg、年齡11.4 ± 0.6 years) 與一般學童組(n=39、身高149.1 ± 7.7 cm、體重41.2 ± 8.1 kg、年齡11.3 ± 0.6 years)。實驗時受試者平躺10分鐘,再進行10分鐘測量。測量心跳間距平均值(Mean of the all R-R interval, Mean RRI)、正常心跳間距標準偏差(standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals, SDNN)、平均每分鐘心跳(Mean of heart rate, Mean HR)、相鄰值平方和的均方根(root mean square successive difference, RMSSD)、相鄰正常心跳間距差值超過50毫秒的比例(the proportion of NN50 divided by total number of NNs, PNN50)、低頻(low-frequency, LF)、高頻(high-frequency, HF)、低高頻比(LF/HF) 指標。以t檢定比較運動代表隊組與一般學童組之間的差異。顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果:運動代表隊組與一般學童組Mean RRI 與Mean HR達顯著差異。結論:拔河與田徑訓練有益於減緩安靜心跳率,增進心肺功能。

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the heart rate variability between elementary school athletes and general schoolchildren. Methods: According to the sports training experience, eighty-three students of 5th–6thgrade in the elementary school were divided into sports team group (n=44, height 152.4 ± 8.0 cm, weight 47.9 ± 9.7 kg, age 11.4 ± 0.6 years) and general schoolchildren group (n=39, height 149.1 ± 7.7 cm, weight 41.2 ± 8.1 kg, age 11.3 ± 0.6 years). Subjects laid flat for 10 minutes before measuring parameters of heart rate variability, and then performed another 10 minutes of measurement. The following parameters were obtained in the measurement: mean of the all RR interval (Mean RRI), standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals (SDNN), mean of heart rate (Mean HR), the proportion of root mean square isolated difference (RMSSD), the proportion of NN50 divided by total number of NNs (PNN50), and low frequency (LF), high-frequency (HF), and low-to-high-frequency (LF/HF). The differences between the sports team group and the general children group were analyzed by independent sample t-test. The significant level was set to α=.05. Results: Mean RRI and Mean HR reached a significant difference between the sports team and the general children. Conclusion: Tug of war and track and field training were helpful to slow down the rate of quiet heart rate and improved heart and lung function.
