Introduction: Different amplitudes were used to explore the immediate effects of vibration training combined with unstable surface training on the athletic fitness of university athletes. Method: Sixteen athletes were randomly assigned to a High group (4mm, 9Hz) and Low group (2mm, 9Hz). After an athletic fitness test to examine the athletes’ explosive force, speed, agility, and balance, a20-minute round of vibration-combined unstable surface training was conducted. Each participant adopted a half-squatting posture on a balance board above a vibration trainer platform. Ten sets of training were planned, with each set scheduled to last 60 seconds. Each participant rested for 5minutes after the training, after which a post test was conducted. The two sets of test data underwent statistical analysis using a mixed-design two-way analysis of variance. Results: After the immediate training, explosive force, speed, and agility in the High group were significantly superior to the corresponding pretest results, whereas the Low group exhibited no such significant difference. Regarding balance, both groups exhibited significant regression. Conclusion: Explosive force, speed, and agility can be improved through immediate high-amplitude vibration training combined with unstable surface training.
