中文摘要

增進地方旅遊的發展已經成為政府部門重要的政策,許多的研究指出遊客體驗會有效影響旅遊的行為,因此營造良好遊憩體驗進而吸引遊客前來,就成為地方觀光的工作重點。本研究試著以旅遊體驗為自變項,以體驗價值為中介變項,再以忠誠度為結果變項,檢驗新港香藝文化園區遊客在三個變項間的關係。本研究透過結構方程模式進行資料分析,研究結果顯示:(1) 旅遊體驗對體驗價值有正向顯影響,顯示對旅遊體驗的提昇將促進遊客的價值感受。(2)遊客體驗價值對忠誠度有正向顯著影響,顯示對遊客感受的體驗價值愈高,將有更正向的忠誠度。(3)遊客旅遊體驗對忠誠度未有正向顯著影響。本研究建議新港香藝文化園區宜建立完整遊憩體驗為最佳的行銷策略,而透過各種活動讓遊客產生在地與深層的旅遊體驗,可有效的提升遊客體驗價值與忠誠度。

英文摘要

Improving the development of local tourism has become one of the important policies to the government. Many studies indicate that tourist experience influence tourist behavior. Thus, creating good tourist experience and trying to attract more tourists is the focus of promoting local tourism. The study uses the recreational experience as the independent variable, the experiential value as mediator variable, and loyalty as dependent variable, examine the relationships among the three variables of tourists in Singang Incense Artistic Culture Garden(SIACG). The data were analyzed by the structural equation modeling. The results show that: (1) The tourist experience had a positive impact on the experiential value which means improving tourist experiences will raise the level of experiential value. (2) The impact of experiential value on loyalty was also positively significant. It reveals that improving the level of experiential value is able to raise loyalty. (3) The impact of experiential value on loyalty had no positively significant. Thus, the study suggests that a well-established experience is the strategy for SIACG, and through a variety of activities to allow tourists to connect with local and produce a deep experience, in order to raise the level of experiential value and loyalty.
