本研究旨在探討排球學習滿意度在學習動機與運動阻礙間之中介效果,以中華醫事科技大學102學年度第1學期體育課興趣選項排球組,三班104位學生為對象進行調查研究,採用學習動機、運動阻礙與學習滿意度等量表為工具,經採描述性統計、Pearson積差相關及階層迴歸分析等統計方法處理,顯著水準訂為a=.05。研究結果發現:1.學習動機越高,學習滿意度也越高,而運動阻礙則越低。2.學習滿意度可以降低學習動機的「勝任」構面對「學習壓力」阻礙所產生的負向影響。3.學習滿意度會增加學習動機「投入」構面對「資訊與技術」阻礙的正向影響力;而且會增加學習動機「勝任」與「喜歡」兩個構面對「資訊與技術」阻礙所產生的負向影響。4.學習滿意度會增加學習動機「投入」構面對「器材與功課」阻礙的正向影響力;而且會增加學習動機「喜歡」構面對「器材與功課」阻礙所產生的負向影響。最後根據研究結果,提供本校排球課程安排、教學之參考,亦對後續研究者提出建議。

英文摘要

This study is aimed to explore the interactive effects of learning satisfaction on the relationship between learning motivation and sport constraints. The participants were 104 students from three classes in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology who chose volleyball as their main interest in the PE class in the first semester in 2013 academic year. The scales of learning motivation, sport constraints and learning satisfaction were adopted to collected data, which were later analyzed statistically by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and hierarchical regression, etc. The level of significance was a=.05. The research findings are as follow: 1. The higher the learning motivation is , the higher the satisfaction will be, and the lower the sport constraints display. 2. Learning satisfaction can decrease the negative effects of “competence” in learning motivation on “learning pressure.” 3 .Learning satisfaction can increase the positive effects of “engagement” in learning motivation on “information and skills” constraint; Learning satisfaction can also enhance the negative effects of “competence” and “liking” in learning motivation on “information and skills” constraint. 4. Learning satisfaction can increase the positive effects of “engagement” in learning motivation on “equipment and assignment” constraint; Besides, learning satisfaction can also promote the negative effects of “liking” in learning motivation on “equipment and assignment” constraint. Based on the research findings above, some suggestions are provided for this university's volleyball curriculum, teaching and future researchers.
