In this paper, we study the boundedness and asymptotic behavior of fuzzy nonlinear difference equation of the form xn+1 = kΣi=0Aixn + xn-i/Bixpin-i; where Ai;Bi i{0,1,…k}, are the positive fuzzy numbers,pi i{0,1,…k} are positive constants and Xi,i {0; 1;…;-k, -k +1 } are the positive fuzzy numbers.
