研究背景:情緒智能在心理健康領域是一個重要的構念。情緒智能有助於個人掌握自身情緒、建立友誼、培養親密關係等生活層面,能增進主觀幸福感、促進全人發展,以及自我實現。研究目的:發展適用於華人成人的信、效度良好之情緒智能測量工具,以助於成人情緒智能研究之推展。研究方法:成人情緒智能量表最早由洪瑞黛和曾勤媛(2015)所修訂,本研究採橫斷面研究設計,收集2份樣本資料。包含451位護理人員,以及104位大學生為樣本進行問卷調查,以因素分析評估量表之構念效度、以主觀幸福感為效標關聯效度,以Cronbach's α係數檢驗內部一致性信度。研究結果:分別在護理人員和大學生的樣本資料中,成人情緒智能量表之構念效度、效標關聯效度、內部一致性信度皆良好。結論:成人情緒智能量表運用在護理人員和大學生之信、效度良好,未來可進一步以其他族群為對象,建立不同族群之信、效度。

英文摘要

Background: Emotional intelligence is an important construct in the field of psychology. Emotional intelligence can help individuals master their own emotions, build friendships, develop intimate relationships, enrich other aspects of their lives, promote their subjective well-being and whole-person development, and achieve self-realization. Purposes: To develop instruments that are appropriate for measuring the emotional intelligence of adults, to help promote research in this domain. Methods: The Adult Emotional Intelligence Scale was initially revised by Jui-Tai Hong and Chyn-Yuan Tzeng (2015). This study adopted a cross-sectional design and used questionnaires to collect data from two samples, one of which included 451 nurses, and the other 104 college students. The factor analysis confirmed the validity of the Scale and the measure of subjective well-being, and correlations between these instruments were observed. The internal consistency letter was evaluated using Cronbach's α coefficient. Results: The construct validity, criterion-related relevance, and internal consistency of the Adult Emotional Intelligence Scale were appropriate in both samples. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the Adult Emotional Intelligence Scale reflected its appropriateness for use with both the nurses and the college students included in this study. Future research should establish its reliability and validity in different samples.
