節能減碳循環經濟及再生材料資源化利用已是世界的共同趨勢,本研究係以工業副產品之不鏽鋼還原碴為基材,取代部分水泥,以不同水灰比(0.4、0.5、0.6)、細度(3000cm2/g、4000cm2/g及5000cm2/g)及6種不同取代量(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)為主要試驗變數,探討於不鏽鋼還原碴製成環保水泥之膨脹性質及各齡期之工程性質。研究結果顯示,適當的使用不鏽鋼還原碴取代水泥,從而減少水泥地使用。由熱壓膨脹試驗可得知,不鏽鋼還原碴膨脹性質,於56天齡期時,在水灰比0.4,各細度之取代量為20%,熱壓膨脹變化量介於0.0398-0.0498%,皆符合CNS13619規範值在0.06%以下,顯示不鏽鋼還原碴在取代水泥20%時,不會有膨脹之疑慮,如適當使用,可有效達到資源再利用及節能減碳之目標。

This study used stainless steel slag as the base material of industrial by-products to replace some of the cement, with different water-cement ratios (0.4, 0.5, 0.6), fineness (3000cm2/g, 4000cm2/g, and 5000cm2/g) and 6 different types. The substitution amounts (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) were the main test variables, and the swelling properties of the environmental protection cement made from stainless steel and the engineering properties at each age were investigated. The results of the study showed that the proper use of stainless steel to reduce concrete replaces cement, thereby reducing the use of cement. From the hot-expansion test, it can be seen that stainless steel reduces the swelling properties of the crucible. At 56 days of age, the water-cement ratio is 0.4, the amount of substitution for each fineness is 20%, and the change in hot-press expansion is 0.0398-0.0498%. All comply with the CNS13619 specification value of 0.06% or less. It showed that when stainless steel reduction is used to replace 20% of cement, there will be no doubt about expansion. If it is properly used, it can effectively achieve the goal of resource reuse and energy conservation and carbon reduction.
