台灣核能硏究所已開發出一套農廢物(例如稻稈)蒸氣爆裂前處理程序能生產出含五碳糖(木糖)稀硫酸廢液,為應用於生產糠醛,本硏究基於該稀酸廢液組成,變化五碳糖濃度(少於20g/L)、硫酸濃度(50-130mM)、及反應溫度(160-200°C),收集反應數據硏究反應動力學。由模擬及統計分析,已決定出各主反應及副反應之反應速率方程式,並已決定出各反應速率參數之活化能及指[數]前因數。基於反應的特性,本硏究已定義出糠醛選擇率參數,已研究出硫酸濃度及反應溫度對糠醛選擇率之影響,從而決定反應器生產條件。由反應器設計及模擬,已結論出連續式攪拌槽反應器外加蒸發(蒸氣)出口具備較佳效率,可達51%糠醛產率。

英文摘要

For applying xylose in sulfuric acid solution (produced from a steam explosion process of rice straws) for producing furfural, effects of xylose concentration (less than20 g/L), sulfuric acid concentration (50-130 mM), and reaction temperature (160-200 °C)〇n reaction kinetics of xylose conversions, furfural production, and degradations were investigated. Rate equations were determined according to statistics analysis. Activation energy and pre-exponential factor of each rate parameter have been obtained. Effects on furfural selectivities have been discussed. Reaction results from reactors of CSTR, PFR, CSTR with an evaporation outlet have been simulated. The highest furfural yield, 51 %, can be from a CSTR with the evaporation.
