本研究由「校務研究」的角度出發,旨在分析北區某護理專科學校新生,其學習滿意度、學習動機與學習成效間之相關性,並探討影響學習成效的因素。過去研究大都是以大學為對象,較少針對五專學制進行研究,本研究除了針對學習動機、學習滿意度與學習成效間作研究分析外,另加入教育部大專校院就業職能平臺(簡稱UCAN)學生職場共通職能診斷資料,搭配該校教務處學籍資料-學生基本資料、校務基本資料庫-教師資料,進行統合並分析各個構面相關性之探討,藉以全面了解護理專科學校目前的現況與問題,將實證資料轉為有效的對策以提升學生的學習成效,作為該校改進教學品質及辦學之決策依據。本研究採問卷調查法以普查方式進行資料蒐集,問卷由該校校務研究人員參考「臺灣校務專業管理資訊整合先導計畫」(TIR Cloud)計畫提供之問卷架構自行設計並提供蒐集之資料,經與指導教授討論後,擷取部分問卷題目,並將其分類為學習滿意度及學習動機兩大部分。本研究以106 學年度入學的新生為調查對象,問卷資料以Pearson 積差相關及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行處理。研究結果發現:(1)國中會考成績最能預測學業成就、(2)女生的學習成效表現較男生佳、(3)改善學習環境有助提升學生表現、(4)記憶背誦與創新能力呈負相關、(5)一般生電腦類學習成效較佳、(6)授課為兼任教師學生學習成效佳。

英文摘要

This study starts with “Institutional Research”, aiming to evaluate the freshman of Nursing College in north area of Taiwan and investigate correlations among learning satisfaction, learning motivation, and learning achievements to explore factors influencing learning achievements. In the past, most researches of learning motivation, satisfaction and achievements focused on university students, and only few researches paid attention to five-year junior college students. This study includes data from the competency assessment of University Career and Competency Assessment Network (UCAN), along with students’ basics data in school’s academic office, teachers’ data in school basic information database, and the questionnaire data from previous survey. In addition to the analysis motivation, satisfaction, and achievements of learning, the comprehensive research is conducted to reveal the current status and problems of the college. The study unifies and analyzes the correlation of various factors, moreover, turning empirical evidence into effective countermeasures to improve the learning achievements of students, therefore can be served as the foundation for the school to improve the quality of teaching and decision-making. The questionnaire data used in this study was designed and collected by a institutional researcher of the college, and its framework is based on the questionnaire of Taiwan Institutional Research Cloud (TIR Cloud). Only part of the questionnaire data is used and items are separated into 2 major groups, learning satisfaction and learning motivation. The researching subjects are the freshman for year 2017. The questionnaire data are analyzed by statistical methods such as product moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The results of analysis indicate: (1) The grade of National Central Examination is the best predicting variable for learning achievements. (2) Girls have better learning achievements then boys. (3) Improved learning environment enhances student performance. (4) Recitation and innovation have negative correlation. (5) Comparing to aboriginal or handicapped students, general students have better learning achievements in computer classes. (6) Comparing to Full-time teacher, the learning achievements of student is better in classes teach by part-time teacher.
