十二年國民基本教育議題融入課程可於部定課程及校訂課程實施。學校進行議題融入課程包括「議題融入式課程」、「議題主題式課程」及「議題特色課程」三種類型。本文以教師教學實踐和學校行政推動分述說明,前者從議題融入課程之三種類型、五大面向及相關議題示例做一探討;後者採一所十二年國教國中前導學校行政推動為例,提出支持議題融入課程之方式,如:班際議題交流會、議題金頭腦等,為校園發展議題融入課程提出具體實例。故此,十二年國民基本教育議題融入課程,學校可採整體關照及系統協調等方式,支持教師於班級課堂進行教學,亦可整合相關行政資源,推動全年級式的議題融入課程,促進班際交流,營造校園的議題文化。

英文摘要

Issue-based curriculum integration of the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines can be implemented by the MOE-mandated curriculum and the school-developed curriculum in elementary school and secondary school. Three approaches might be used, including issue-infused curriculum, issue-thematic curriculum, and issue-featured curriculum. This article aims to explain how to implement issue-based curriculum integration from the perspectives of teaching and administration. Firstly, the authors exemplify the issue-based curriculum integration from three approaches and five levels for course design. Secondly, the authors take a pilot school as an example to propose strategies for school administrators to conduct the issue-based curriculum integration. It is necessary for school administrators to provide holistic and systematic support for classroom teaching, to coordinate resources to conduct issue-based curriculum integration for a specific grade, to promote interactions among classes, and to create issue-based culture.
