企業經營績效良好,才能永續經營。企業除了用心經營外,還需一個具經濟規模的市場來操作。台灣內需市場未具經濟規模,台灣企業不得不延伸較小的內需市場到廣大的國際市場,再發揮企業較優質的經營能力,才能創造出良好的企業經營績效。因此,國際化係台灣企業提升經營績效的重要因素。本文藉由台灣電子業在企業國際化、廠商優勢等因素探討對經營績效之影響;本研究選取404家公司為樣本,期間為2012-2017年,以Panel Data之資料型態進行分析。實證結果顯示企業在國際化起步階段,經由國際貿易、廠商優勢等有助於提升經營績效。然而,當國際化達到一個適當階段後,經營績效開始下滑。因此,國內企業要認知自己的經營能力,在國際化的策略操作下,創造較有利的經營績效。

英文摘要

A business only persists when it is making profits. Taiwanese businesses need a greater international market to achieve greater profits. Hence, internationalization is a key component to the rise in performance in Taiwanese businesses. This article is to discuss the impact of Taiwan's electronics industry on business performance in terms of factors such as internationalization and firm advantages; this study selects 404 companies as samples, during the period of 2012-2017, the analysis is based on the type of panel data. The empirical results show that in the initial stage of internationalization, enterprises can improve their business performance through international trade and firm advantages. However, when internationalization reached an appropriate stage, business performance began to decline. Therefore, domestic enterprises must recognize their own operational capabilities and create more favorable business performance under the internationalized strategic operation.
