中文摘要

台灣農業在現今已被重新被高度關注,各種農業生產活動與行銷通路是國家政策的重點,其中產業中最重要的農業機械產業是最為堅實的基礎,故本研究探討農業機械產業從業人員的人力資源管理議題,著重於領導型態與員工情緒智能對於工作績效的影響脈絡。本文透過文獻綜整與理論推導建立研究假設,再用問卷調查的方式進行資料蒐集,以敘述統計、相關分析描述樣本基本人口特性與變項之間的關聯性,再以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)進行驗證性因素分析(Confirmatory Factor Analysis, CFA)與結構模式分析(Structural Model Analysis)以查驗各項假設。本研究發現農業機械產業員工知覺倫理領導的程度愈高,不僅可以提供情緒智能,亦可以增進工作績效,此研究結果對於農業機械產業的管理者有實務的意涵。

英文摘要

Taiwan’s agriculture has been re-emphasized today, and various agricultural production activities and marketing channels are the focus of national policies. The most important agricultural machinery industry in the industry is the most solid foundation. This study explores the human resource management issues of employees in the agricultural machinery industry, focusing on the impact of leadership models and employee emotional intelligence on job performance. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural model analysis were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine hypotheses. This study found that the higher the level of ethical leadership perception of employees in the agricultural machinery industry, not only can provide emotional intelligence, but also improve job performance. The results of this study have practical implications for managers of the agricultural machinery industry.
