近年來,隨著經濟條件的改善、生活型態的改變,國人對休閒生活的重視與活動需求有增加的趨勢,十鼓文創做為台灣首座的文創園區,提供國人休閒的好去處。本個案從十鼓文創2000年成立的環境背景與成長過程探討:其創業者的動機與創業家精神;營運過程面對哪些利益關係人:十鼓文創經營之路面對挑戰,各階段商業模式的轉變;組織的核心資源及資源屬性為公司創造持久性的競爭優勢,管理者如何藉由這些核心資源進行領導而使十鼓文創邁出自己的道路,同時也邁向文創的歷史道路。

英文摘要

In recent years, the improvement of economic conditions and lifestyle changes, more and more people pay more attention to the leisure and activities. Ten-Drum, as the first culture creative industry park in Taiwan, offers a place with relaxing atmosphere for nations. This case intends to discuss the following parts: the change of the business models for every stage in life cycle of Ten-Drum, the competitive advantages created by the core resources with particular characteristics of the organization, and how these core resources led Ten-Drum to carve out a niche.
