近年來鉛防護衣檢測為各家醫療院所之輻射防護主要工作項目之一。鉛防護衣在輻射防護方面扮演著重要的角色，目的是為了避免接受到不必要之幅射。在醫療院所之檢查單位或病房，提供相關工作人員、病患及協助家屬使用鉛防護衣；在研究單位之實驗室也提供學生及相關工作人員使用鉛防護衣。本院自2010年起連續多年檢測全院各單位鉛防護衣，檢測結果除了鉛防護衣汰舊換新外，因有定期的檢測，讓工作同仁在使用鉛防護衣時，能更安心也更了解鉛防護衣之保存方法。定期鉛防護衣檢測不但可以確認鉛防護衣之品質，還可訓練特定單位自主檢測與汰換更新，確保鉛防護衣有效之輻射防護。

In recent years, lead protective clothing inspection has become one of the mainly job regarding to radiation protection in various medical institutions. Lead protective clothing plays an important role to protect relevant staff, patients and family members in radiation exam room and ward in medical institutions from receiving unnecessary radiation. In the laboratories, students and related staff are using lead protective clothing for protective purpose as well. In our hospital, we have inspected all lead protective clothing include lead apron, vest and skirt since 2010. In addition to elimination old ones, we still perform related examinations thoroughly and regularly so that all the working colleagues can use the lead aprons at ease and understand better the proper storage methods for the shield clothing. The routine tests can not only guarantee the quality of the lead aprons, but raise the awareness of specific units to exam, replace, and eliminate defective one to ensure the effective function of lead aprons.
