本研究的利用動態面板資料向量自我迴歸（Panel VAR），探討區域房價與區域產業發展的相互影響關係。研究結果發現：(1)房價與營建工程業及全體營利事業營業額呈現雙向正向的因果關係。(2)當房價上升時，不動產營業額在下一季會隨之提升；不動產業營業額對於房價則沒有影響。
英文摘要
In this study, panel VAR was used to explore the interrelationship between regional housing prices and regional industrial development. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) The causal relationship between house prices and the construction sales, house prices and whole industries sales shows a positive two-way relationship. (2) When the house prices rise, the real estate sales will rise next season; real estate sales has no effect on house prices.
