天主教作為西班牙社會至關重要的元素，經常出現在日常生活中的多個方面。毫無疑問地，宗教信仰是每個文化中過去歷史的遺留。然而，在佛朗哥政權結束後，西班牙人對於宗教的態度極具轉變。於民主時期產生的那些新的“話語”促進了這一改變，並開始回應那些舊時期的“話語”（當時在佛朗哥的獨裁統治下，宗教思想已然成為統治者的工具）。民主時期的“話語”多種多樣，其中最具影響力的便是文學與影視作品。本文的目的在於研究小說與電影如何改變大眾理解、詮釋現實的方式。杜爾瑟．洽宮的文學作品《沈睡的聲音》（小說與電影）將作為研究文本進行分析。本文將探討作品中佛朗哥政權下的天主教會的作用與形象，以及那些引人深思的觀點。為了完成該研究，“批判話語分析”將作為本論文的方法論。

It is believed that Catholic religion is a key element in Spanish society and that it is present in numerous aspects of everyday life. There is no doubt that religious beliefs are residuals from each culture’s past and history. However, the general public’s opinions on religion have drastically changed after the disappearance of Franco’s political heirs. Production and distribution of new discourses in the democratic era have contributed to this change. These new discourses have been created in response to previous discourses, which extolled a dictatorship that used religion as a tool to expand its political power. Although these democratic discourses are varied, literary and cinematic works play an essential role in this process. The aim of this work is to investigate how novels and movies contribute to the alteration of the citizens’ perceptions of a certain reality. Dulce Chacon’s novel "The Sleeping Voice" as well as its movie adaptation will be analyzed, especially taking into account the methods that the writer and the film director apply to create an opposed image of the Church. This prompts further reflection on the aspects, which Francoist discourses had tried to hide. In order to accomplish this research, critical discourse analysis is used as the main methodology.
