本論文探討一迷你圓管泵浦,此泵浦呈圓管狀,管體外纏繞八組線圈,依序通電線圈產生電磁場以帶動管內活塞。活塞內含一永久磁環,受電磁場驅動讓活塞往復式移動以推動流體。針對已設計好的圓管體和線圈,假設線圈通電量不變,則磁環大小決定電磁場內強度。本文針對磁環在特定厚度下,進行磁環長度分析和磁環分割數分析,前者探討磁環最佳長度,後者則探討單磁環可感應較強電磁場、或是將之分割成多顆互吸磁環可感應較強電磁場。兩種分析都根據磁環位於管端和兩線圈間兩種狀況分別進行。分析結果如預期,不但獲得一致性的最佳磁環長度,並且發現雙磁環比單磁環能感應更強的電磁場。

英文摘要

A mini tubular pump is discussed. The pump has total eight sets of coil winded outside the tube. Every set of coil generates different electromagnetic field attracting the inner piston ring reciprocates. It is because the piston is attached with a magnetic ring. In the paper, we use commercial software ANSYS to analyze the generated electromagnetic force to obtain the best axial length of the magnetic ring with given thickness. In addition, we also want to know which piston is more effective through analysis: the piston attached with one complete magnetic ring or the one with multiple magnetic rings having same weight. Two conditions are consid-ered for the above two kinds of analysis: when the magnetic ring locates at one end of the pump, and at between two sets of coil. The results show that the magnetic ring has the best axial length with given thickness. It also shows that a set of two magnetic rings is better than one complete magnetic ring with same size.
