本研究針對龍德造船公司自行設計建造之四艘分別採用三俥水噴射及三俥螺槳推進之客船,進行海上試俥與數據分析。數據分析呈現了客船在耐海性、燃油消耗率、速度、傳輸效率以及阻力等方面之表現。實驗所使用之四艘客船是為在幾何外型及尺寸上相似的船型,運輸效率之估測提供了這些客船在海域行駛之效能評價。分析結果顯示當客船在高速行駛下,不論是採用噴水推進或螺槳、以雙俥或三俥推進,其燃油消耗率無明顯差異。

英文摘要

A comparison of the performance during sea trials between the triple waterjet and triple propeller propulsion systems of the passenger vessels built and designed by (LTS) Lung Teh Shipbuilding Co., LTD., is presented. An analysis of the seakeeping, fuel consumption, speed range, transport efficiency and total resistance performance obtained from sea trials of these triple propulsion system passenger vessels is performed. All the vessels that were used in this analysis have similar geometric shape and dimensions. The data presented in the corresponding figures was obtained from full scale sea trials. The transport efficiency is estimated for these vessels in order to provide a gauged method of equative performance for these passenger vessels in open seas. It is found that the fuel consumption vs speed performance between triple and twin propulsion systems of water jet and propeller vessels is similar at high speeds.
