隱喻是一種強而有力的語言表達方式,會影響個人看待人事物的態度,而學校組織領導可以採不同的譬喻觀點來加以闡述說明,因此本文以「象棋觀與圍棋觀」,「機械觀、市場觀及社群觀」,「海星與蜘蛛」,「牛頓型組織與量子型組織」等隱喻來探討分析學校組織領導,並從中尋覓爬梳學校組織領導未來的發展趨勢。總括說來,隱喻是人們看待事物的另一種觀點與視野,常會轉變人們看待事情的態度,而教育領導者不能再以過去的舊思維及不適宜的隱喻觀點經營領導學校,本文的目的就在於透過各種隱喻的理解,以提供教育領導另一種視野與思維,期望能帶給教育領導研究與實務一些啟示。

英文摘要

Metaphor is a powerful way of expressing language, which affects the attitude of individuals in looking at things. School leaders can use different metaphors to explain them. Therefore, this article uses the metaphors of “Chess view and Go view”, “Mechanical view, Market view, and Community view, “Starfish and Spiders”, “Newtonian Organization and Quantum Organization” to explore and analyze the school organization and leadership, and to find out the future development trend of the school. In conclusion, metaphor is another view and vision that people view things. It often changes people’s attitude toward things. Education leaders can no longer run leadership schools with old ideas and inappropriate metaphors. Through the understanding of various metaphors, the article can provide another kind of vision and thinking for education leadership, and can bring some enlightenment to educational leadership research and practice.
