英文摘要

This article investigates the nursing of a 58-year-old man who experienced acute myocardial infarction for the first time. After undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, he obtained heartbeats and breathing and he was cared in the intensive care unit. The study period lasted from July 24 to August 5, 2017. The Gordon's 11-item assessment tool was employed for nursing assessment and the data was collected by nursing practice, observation and interviews. Health care problems were decreased cardiac output, changes in health maintenance capability, and death anxiety. Through the cooperation of care teams, interventions can be implemented to improve the prognosis. Passionate care, listening and emotional support in a timely manner, assisted in reducing death anxiety. Mounting family support systems, promoted family members and the patient receiving treatment programs. Providing positive thinking, appropriate correct disease recognition and hygiene education were to soothe the patient.
