The Lorenz Curve, from which the Gini Coefficient is derived, is traditionally applied to analyze social phenomena of inequality or unfairness. The mathematical model, however, has tended to be employed to investigate large-scale macro-economic issues. As a combination of segmented mathematical methods for computing, it involves a highly complicated computing procedure. To prevent such a weakness on the one hand and to expand the range of applications on the other hand, the present study first implements the integrated Gini Coefficient computer toolbox based on the C language. The model, which is originally applied for economics, can be employed to relevant areas. The salaries of University teachers serve as the object of analysis, the analysis of which can verify the convenience and reasonableness of this mathematical approach.
