本文通過敘事情節的梳理，釐清〈萬石君羅文傳〉與〈毛穎傳〉的互文關係。從而得出：蘇軾的「創作」，不僅止於「逼真」的訴求，更以「組傳」模式、向《史記》借力、結合詩詞創作經驗方式呈現。從蘇軾對韓愈的情懷、聯繫文人間的競爭心理與宋調欲代雄唐音的文化意識，蘇軾並非止步於「模仿」，是對前作的「致敬」，更是「影響的焦慮」下的成果。背後透露著對士人出處問題的思考，展現承衍中有新變的爭勝企圖。期冀藉由本文，理清蘇軾創作的價值，藉由掘發蘇軾假傳體的豐富面貌與多元呈現，補充蘇軾古文研究尚為欠缺的環節，及其於假傳體發展史的意義。

This article clarified the relationships of intertextuality between “Biography of Wan Dan Jun Luo Wen” and “Biography of Mao Ying” through summarizing their narrative plots. The findings were the followings. The creation of Su Shi not only resquested for reality, but presented in the writing style of compound biographies, which was inspired from“Shi Ji” and combined his own writing experiences. From the feelings toward Han Yu, the competitive mentality among scholars, and the cultural awareness of competing against the Tang Dynasty, Su Shi was not satisfied with imitation; he paid tribute to the previous works instead, which was the result of influential anxiety. Su Shi’s writing style revelled the thinking of references, and showed the competitive ambition of literary evolution. The researcher expected to display the value of Su’s creation, discover the variations of his False Biography, supplement the deficient of Su’s study, and his developmental meaning of False Biography.
