中國共產黨一向擅長文宣與統戰策略,近代更發展出傳達共產黨主流意識的主旋律戰爭電影。主旋律戰爭電影通常藉由戰爭發展過程的重新詮釋,來蘊藏濃厚的政治宣傳意味,使這類電影具有再現歷史之功能。本文關注三部在不同時期拍攝的中共主旋律戰爭電影所運用之敘事策略,及在該類電影敘事慣例下,影片如何再現國共兩黨的軍人、軍隊與政黨形象。研究發現,中共主旋律戰爭電影在各時期的敘事慣例中,透過電影敘事,建構出國惡、共善的二元對立形象,藉此弘揚共產黨的主流價值觀及歷史定位,並引導電影觀眾重新認知國共對戰時期的歷史。

英文摘要

The Communist Party of China (CPC) is known for its cultural propaganda and united front strategies. In recent years, it also developed a particular kind of film called "main melody film" which is often used to convey the mainstream consciousness of the CPC. Among main melody films, “main melody war film” usually aims to reinterpret the history through the war. This study thus analyzes the narrative strategies used by three CPC's main melody war films shot in different time period and focuses on how the images of soldiers, the army, and political parties of the Kuomintang (KMT) and the CPC in the films are represented. The result shows that a consistent binary opposition was built in three CPC's main melody war films’ narrative practice. The image of CPC was good and KMT was evil. By using this kind of narrative strategy, CPC's main melody war film tries to reshape our cognition of history and promote the mainstream values of the CPC.
