本次研究主要是根據醫學圖像融合這種技術的應用情況方法針對前列腺癌的患者在放射性治療中的應用進行有效性的探討。通過對放療計劃系統的劑量計算以及醫學圖像融合技術的方式,方法和流程的研究和探討,根據對照實驗的方法把50 位關於前列腺癌症方面的患者進行對照性的實驗。結果證明實驗組患者的腫瘤靶區域比對照組的更加精確。通過計算膀胱與直腸的照射劑量,也可發現融合圖像的最小照射劑量和最大照射劑量都相對CT 圖像的數值更小。所以研究表明採用CT-MRI 影像融合技術在放療靶細胞勾畫的範圍更加精確與單CT 圖像對比,影像融合技術所勾畫出的照射劑量能夠減少所需的使用放療劑量。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of radiation therapy for prostate cancer patients based on the application of medical image fusion. Through the research and discussion on the methods, methods and procedures of dose calculation of radiotherapy planning system and medical image fusion technology, 50 patients with prostate cancer were subjected to controlled experiments according to the method of controlled experiments. The results proved that the tumor target area of the experimental group was more accurate than that of the control group. By calculating the irradiation dose of the bladder and rectum, it can also be found that the minimum and maximum irradiation doses of the fusion image are smaller than the values of the CT image. Therefore, studies have shown that using CT-MRI image fusion technology to outline the target cells in radiotherapy is more accurate. Compared with single CT images, the radiation dose outlined by image fusion technology can reduce the required radiation dose.
