近幾年來,台灣各藥學系學校逐步實施了社區藥局體驗項目與相關課程,且這些藥局實習科目已排入課程中,顯示社區藥局執業經驗之傳承,係藥學專業養成教育很重要的一環。因此,本研究為探討大仁科技大學藥學系實習生之社區藥局實習滿意度及其影響之因素。本研究為橫斷式描述性研究,以大仁科技大學藥學系2016 與2017 年連續兩屆大三暑期實習生為主要調查對象,透過線上網路收集問卷,共完成327 份有效問卷。問卷內容包括實習生、實習指導藥師基本資料、實習藥局基本特性以及學習品質滿意度共四部分,收集所有已編碼的數據再使用Microsoft Excel和SPSS電腦軟體進一步分析。結果發現對於實習指導藥師滿意度高達91.8%,實習課程滿意度為87.5%,顯示本研究實習生對指導藥師及實習課程非常滿意。而實習藥局特性如藥局類型、實習空間以及教學資源與設備等因素,顯著影響實習生對學習品質滿意度的表現。再者,實習藥局其他職員(含藥助)對實習生易接納者,其學習品質滿意度亦較高。這些結果顯示社區藥局實習的軟硬體條件,都有符合社區藥局實習相關規範,其結果將有利於未來學校選擇實習單位或社區藥局針對實習生之學習品質改進參考,且對培育兼備以民眾為中心與全人照護理念之新一代藥學專業人材是有絕對的益處。

英文摘要

In recent years, various pharmacy schools in Taiwan have gradually implemented community pharmacy experiential programs and associated courses, and these internship subjects have been arranged in the course. This indicated that the practice experience-based learning in community pharmacy is an important part of professional pharmacy education. Therefore, the study is to investigate the internship satisfaction and its influencing factors for pharmacy interns of Tajen University in the community pharmacies. The cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the junior pharmacy students of Tajen University in 2016 and 2017 summer pharmacy internship course, and a total of 327 interns were participated in this study by using an online questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into four main parts: basic demographic information of interns and designated preceptors, basic characteristics of internship pharmacy and satisfaction of learning quality. All data were encoded and analyzed by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS computer software. The results revealed that the degree of satisfaction for the designated preceptors was as high as 91.8%, and satisfaction for the internship courses was 87.5%, indicating that the interns of this study were highly satisfied with the designated preceptors and the internship courses. The characteristics of internship pharmacies, such as pharmacy types, internship spaces, and resources and equipment of teaching, significantly affected the performance of interns on the satisfaction of learning quality. In addition, the higher the acceptance of interns by other staff members in the internship pharmacies, including the pharmacist's assistants, the higher the satisfaction of learning quality. These results show the software and hardware conditions of community pharmacy internships are mostly compliant with relevant internship regulations of community pharmacy practice, and the results will be beneficial to the pharmacy school future choose internship pharmacies or to improve the learning quality of interns in community pharmacies. Moreover, it is absolutely beneficial to nurture a new generation of pharmacy professionals who are both people-centered and whole-person care.
