中文摘要

劉義慶所編撰的《世說新語》一書,記載秦漢至劉宋初年間人物的遺聞軼事。其所涵涉的內容旨趣非常廣泛,向來被學人視為探索魏晉歷史、語言、文學、思想與文化的必備案頭之書,其經典地位已為人文學科所肯認,然而如何推廣至通識課程進行全人教育,育才化人似有許多可研議之處。本文試圖從《世說新語》的成語典故著手,展現其在全人教育的價值與意義。另從其成語典故設計出桌遊活動,具體提出教學活化策略之運用,透過教材生活化與教法互動化,希冀能對《世說新語》的普及化略盡心力。

英文摘要

“Shi-Shuo-Xin-Yu”, the book compiled by Liu yiqin, has recorded the anecdotes of people from Qin and Han dynasties to the beginning stage of Liu-Song Period. The book has covered a variety of contents, which is deemed by many scholars as a necessity for doing research on the history, language, literature, ideologies and culture of Wei and Jin dynasty. Its classic status has already been recognized by humanities, but there are still a lot of things to study and discuss when it comes to promoting this book to the courses of general education for cultivating talents, this article attempts to start from the idioms and their stories of this book to show its values and meanings on holistic education. Meanwhile, we will design the board game from its idioms and stories, and put forward the practical application of strategies of interactive pedagogy and do our bit to the popularization of “Shi-Shuo-Xin-Yu” by bringing a life-based textbook and the interactive pedagogy.
