在森林生態系中,土壤細菌群落在養分循環及有機質轉換扮演著相當重要的角 色,更影響植物社會的發展、組成及生態系的功能。本研究針對國立臺灣大學生物資源暨 農學院實驗林管理處轄下的鳳凰山地區選擇一天然林樣區進行細菌相調查,利用次世代定 序平台進行16S rRNA生物條碼定序,探究天然林土壤細菌相,共識別出51,165個操作分類 單元(operational taxonomy units,OTUs),四季樣本的共同物種有2,103個OTUs;主要以 Proteobacteria及Acidobacteria為主要的門類群,佔70%以上的相對豐富度。其中最豐富的 屬為穴,於四個季節都有7%以上的相對豐富度,且多數菌群的相對豐富度不會 因為季節而有所變化。

英文摘要

Soil bacterial communities play critical roles in the cycling of nutrients and decomposition of organic matter in forest ecosystems, and affect the development, plant composition, and function of ecosystems. In this study, we used 16S rRNA barcoded sequencing technique to investigate and compare soil bacterial communities by Next Generation Sequencing in natural forest in Mt. Fenghuang of the Experimental Forest, National Taiwan University. In total, there were 51,165 operational taxonomy units (OTUs) being identified in this study. Among them, a total of 2,103 OTUs shared richness of seasons, and phyla Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria were the main soil bacterial communities, which occupied more than 70% relative abundance. The most abundant genus is Rhodoplanes, which occupied more than 7% relative abundance every season. The results also found that the relative abundance of most soil bacterial communities was not affected by seasons.
