1968年出生於德國但後來長期在英國求學工作的藝術家Wolfgang Tillmans被譽為同世代最具原創性及創發性的藝術家之一。他不但突破了攝影類型的界線也改變人們對於攝影展覽的理解。對於他非層級性及去中心的展覽裝置模式及最近發展的桌面展枱模式,本文透過評論及研究文獻解讀,提出流動性網絡的概念,企圖對其以展覽作為創作的一環作出更貼近及更具時間向度的解讀。
Born 1968 in Germany but having studied and lived longtime in England, Wolfgang Tillmans is considered one of the most original and the most innovative artists of his generation. He has not only challenged the boundaries between the photographic genres but also transformed the understanding of the exhibition of the photography. Based on the reading of the existing literature, the present paper proposes to investigate more closely his non-hierarchical and de-centered exhibition installation and his recent table pieces by the notion of “fluid network”, intending to understand his practice of exhibition as a medium of creation in a temporal dimension.
