The aim of the paper is based on globalization grey relational grade in grey system theory to analyze the ranking of Huang Chiew series in Taiwan. Firstly, five kids of Huaang Chiew is introduced, which includ Hungluh chiew, Shaohsing chiew, V. O. shaohsing chiew, V. O. high-grade shaohsing chiew and Huang Chiew, all are produced by Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation. Secondly, five wine experts are invited to taste the seven influence factor in wine, which include degree of spicy, degree of sweet, sweetness, degree of smell, degree of acidity, bitterness and taste, after the evaluation by tasting for the wine, the study asked the wine experts to reach the cardinal values and establish a questionnaire database. When the data collection is completed, the grey relational grade is used to calculate the weight and to rank the ranking of the five kinds of wine at final. Through the final result, it not only can be as the reference to Huang Chiew series assessment, but also can expand the using of grey relational grade.
