本研究旨在以學校組織行為與組織文化的微觀政治觀點,探討校長解決十二年國教所產生學校問題的領導策略,以及形塑核心素養導向校園文化的相關議題。為達成研究目的,本研究以相關文獻為論述基礎,採用訪談法針對以立意取樣所選取的四位國小校長與一位國小主任為研究個案進行研究。綜合相關文獻與訪談結果的分析後,本研究提出以下的結論:一、學校組織具有後現代教育所強調多元並存與對話的微觀政治樣貌;二、學校教育現場最需急迫解決的問題是教師的熱誠與承諾;三、校長領導以微觀政治思維與行動建構特色課程,協助教師教學與學生學習;四、核心素養導向校園文化是以學生學習為中心的學習型文化;五、校長在後現代的學校組織中以專業對話形塑核心素養導向校園文化。

英文摘要

This study explored the principal leadership strategies for resolving the problems of 12- year basic education and shaping competence-oriented school culture. Interview was adopted and five cases were purposefully sampled (including four principals and one dean in primary schools). Based on literature review and data analysis of interview, the conclusion included: 1. School organization possesses the micro-political feature of postmodern education that emphasizing multiple coexistence and dialogue; 2. The most urgent problems to be resolved in school education field are teachers’ enthusiasm and commitment; 3. Principal leadership constructs school-based-curriculum and helps teachers’ teaching and students’ learning through micro-political thinking and action; 4. Core competence-oriented school culture is the learning culture based on students’ center; 5. principals shape the core competence oriented school culture with professional dialogue under postmodern school organization.
