分布式領導相關研究在教育領域上已日益增加並獲致重視,但應用於學前教育進行研究,不論是國內外仍屬有限,而學前教育私立多於公立的教育生態有別於以往研究場域,因此,本計畫欲初步瞭解分布式領導在不同教育階段發展之貌,以及分析影響幼兒園營造分布式領導之可能因素,以利規劃更為完詳的分布式領導藍圖。本研究採用文獻分析法與訪談法進行資料蒐集,以瞭解臺灣幼兒園分布式領導發展現況以及未來展望,進而建構本土分布式領導之願景目標,並依據研究結果,進一步提出具體建議,以供未來相關研究之參考。

英文摘要

As distributed leadership has attracted increasing attention in the education field, the number of related studies is rising. However, both domestic and international studies have rarely been conducted on preschool education. In view of that private preschools are more than public preschools in Taiwan, this preliminary study intends to understand the development of distributed leadership in various educational stages and analyze the possible factors that affect preschools’ development of distributed leadership, thereby formulating a more comprehensive distributed leadership blueprint. This study conducted literature analysis and interview for data collection to understand the current status and future prospect of distributed leadership development in preschools in Taiwan. Based on the analyzed data, this study established the visionary goals for distributed leadership development in the local context of Taiwan. According to the research results, recommendations were proposed for relevant studies in the future.
