整體來說，儘管目前沒有傳出有公司倒閉或大規模裁員的狀況，但也不能樂觀以對，從三月上旬至今，歐美疫情頻傳，光電協進會認為疫情仍是主導景氣好壞的關鍵因素，而在目前疫情還沒完全受到控制之下，只能以審慎對待。

Since the COVID-19 pandemic exposed in February 2020, the world has been influenced enormously by the high accelerating rate of prevalence and death all over the world. Large amount of populations being quarantined at home, lack of employees to operate the business while the government encouraged entrepreneurs to precede work from home policy if possible during this critical period.
