本研究基於領導理論發展了員工參與企業社會責任的理論架構,其目的為理解透過何種中介機制,領導風格才可能影響員工參與企業社會責任。具體而言,在擬議的架構中,企業社會責任通過工作自我效能、正向情感,以及意涵之中介效果;間接地受到道德領導、真實領導、責任領導,以及僕人式領導的影響。最後,本篇研究亦提出基於研究架構和結論的相關命題。另外,其採用之資料蒐集方法、樣本數、資料分析方法與研究結果屬於質化研究。

英文摘要

This study develops a theoretical framework of employee participation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on leadership theory. The purpose is to understand through what mediating mechanism different leadership styles are likely to influence employee participation in CSR. Specifically, in the proposed framework, employee participation in CSR is indirectly influenced by ethical leadership, authentic leadership, responsible leadership, and servant leadership via the mediation of job self-efficacy, positive affect, and meaningfulness. Finally, the relevant propositions based on the framework and research conclusions are provided. Moreover, what the data collection methods, sample numbers, data analysis methods and research results are adopted are belong to the qualitative research.
