因應時代變化,對於現在大企業而言,組織架構複雜,且需跨部門整合,在企業傳送機敏資訊文件時,常因部門之間權限及人員身分不同,而有資訊獲取權不同的問題,也因此,當多份機敏文件在加密或異動時,面臨了處理過程複雜及運算成本提高的問題。然而,相關限制因素使企業無法有效的調整群體及成員的權限,更降低了彈性及整合效果。本研究設計出一套具高彈性權重調整之門檻方法,並導入橢圓曲線密碼系統,相對現行非對稱密碼系統具有快速演算法之特性,符合效率及安全性強的密鑰管理需求。此外,企業在機敏文件的分配管理中,可透過門檻方法賦予其權重的大小,能有效達到各部門及群體成員權重分配之目的,因此,本研究適用於高彈性調整編組的客製化環境,能因地制宜,符合實務需求。
Along with the change in times, owing to the fact that company needs more complex organizational structure and cross-sectoral integration, there are problems while exchanging confidential documents. As different departments and personnel identities have different information access rights, which leads to company's cost increased. However, the related constraints make it impossible for companies to effectively adjust the access level of groups or a single member, and thus reduce flexibility and the efficiency of integration. This study designs a model which has flexible weight, and implements elliptic curve cryptosystem applying fast algorithm in the contrast to asymmetric cryptosystem. Furthermore, company can adjust weight by threshold scheme while managing confidential documents and distribute them to certain individual. In conclusion, this study can apply to the company which has complex organization structure, handle any circumstances accordingly, and is practical to use.
