本研究目的在探討布農族兒童參與長輩兒時遊戲之遊戲行為及提出布農族傳統兒童戶外遊戲場地劃設原則,為達成此目的,本研究首先以深度訪談資料蒐集,再透過觀察法與團體訪談法探討部落兒童體驗布農族傳統兒童戶外遊戲之行為與觀點。綜合前兩階段資料提出布農族傳統兒童戶外遊戲場地劃設原則。研究結果顯示布農族傳統兒童戶外遊戲大多以追捕遊戲與陣地型遊戲為主,部落兒童參與長輩兒時遊戲之遊戲過程中皆有跑、跳及滑步等表現並且會與夥伴間討論策略與合作遊戲,遊戲氛圍相當熱烈與歡樂。經由上述操作結果,本研究建議遊戲場地劃設以保留彈性調整為原則,盡可能讓兒童討論場地如何調整,以協助兒童在此過程中強化社會與認知自發能力。

英文摘要

This study explores the patterns of the Bunun traditional children’s outdoor play, observes the behaviors of the current tribal children’s participation in the childhood game play of the elders, and proposes the site layout principles for Bunun traditional children’s outdoor play. This study adopted a three-stage research strategy. In the first stage, data were collected through in-depth interviews. The second stage analyzed and combined the data obtained in the first stage, and used an observation method and conducted group interviews to explore the behaviors and viewpoints of the Bunun children’s experiences of traditional outdoor play. The third stage integrated the data collected from the first two stages and proposed the principles for setting up outdoor playgrounds for traditional Bunun children. The results revealed that the most popular outdoor play for traditional Bunun children were hunting and position play. Nowadays, children participate more in chasing and position play. During the playing process, boys and girls both demonstrated their running, jumping, and sliding performance and discussed strategies and cooperation, which not only showed the social interaction effect, but also highlighted their enthusiasm and joy during their play. The findings suggest that the principle of flexible design for the play site should be considered. In the composition of the play activity, it is considered better to provide opportunities for children to actively discuss how to adjust the play site to strengthen their social and cognitive abilities.
