在全球化時代,社會正義之執行成為未來學校教育之重點趨勢。校長領導必須結合社會正義概念,推動多元文化教育、關注弱勢學生學習及建立公平、尊重與包容之環境。本文主要目的即從正義理論論述對學校領導者的實踐作為,首先分析社會正義的重要,其次論述學校社會正義的內涵,第三探討學校社會正義之困境,最後提出社會正義領導者的實踐作為。

英文摘要

In this era of global development, emphasizing the implementation of social justice has become an important trend in the future progress of schools. If the leadership of principals adhere to the concept of social justice, then schools can promote multicultural education, pay attention to the learning of disadvantaged students, and establish a campus with fairness, justice, mutual respect, and inclusiveness. The primary purpose of this study is to explore the school social justice practice strategy from social justice concept. The study first analyzes importance of the social justice. Next, we analyzes concept of the school social justice. Then, we discusses the problems of school social justice; Further, the study explores the practice strategy of social justice leaders . Finally, the study proposes conclusion.
