研究目的:醫療院所輪三班工作者因日夜節律失調,而影響體內荷爾蒙分泌與調節, 運動時間及意願也相對減少,本研究目的是比較分析醫院輪三班員工健康體適能。方法: 醫院輪三班員工參加評估者共593位,接受健康體適能測試,含身體組成(身體質量指數、 腰臀比)、心肺耐力(三分鐘登階檢測)、肌耐力(屈膝仰臥起坐)、柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)。結 果:男女性員工於身體質量指數及腰臀比有顯著差異,心肺耐力、肌耐力、柔軟度方面則 無明顯差異;不同年齡層在身體質量指數方面30-39歲與40-49歲BMI高於20-29歲(p<0.01)達 顯著差異;腰臀比30-39歲、40-49歲與50歲以上高於20-29歲(p<0.01)達顯著差異;心肺耐力 20-29歲明顯高於40-49歲(p<0.01)達顯著差異;肌耐力20-29歲高於30-39歲、40-49歲與50歲 以上(p<0.01)達顯著差異;柔軟度方面不同年齡層並無顯著差異。結論:本研究體適能分析 為初步簡易、快速篩檢方式,將有助於了解醫院輪三班員工體能狀況及作為員工與醫院管 理者健康促進規劃參考。

英文摘要

Because of day and night rhythm shift, workers in a hospital may be affected on their body hormone secretion and regulation, and exercise time and willingness is also reduced. The purpose of this study is to survey the health fitness of these hospital staff. Methods: A total of 593 hospital shift staff participated in a fitness test, including body composition (body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio), cardiopulmonary fitness (three-minute ascending test), muscle endurance (knee sit-up), suppleness (sitting then bending body front). Results: There were significant differences in body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio of male and female employees, and no significant difference in cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle endurance and suppleness. There were significant differences in BMI among 20-29 years (p<0.01) than other age groups; significant difference of waist-to-hip ratio between 30-39 years old、 40-49 years old、over 50 years old and 20-29 years old (p< 0.01),significant difference of cardiopulmonary fitness among 20-29 years and 40-49 years (p<0.01), muscle endurance 20-29 years older than 30-39 years, 40-49 years and 50 years old (p <0.01). Conclusion: This study supports fitness test as a simple and rapid screening method to understand the physical condition of the shift staff of the hospital and serve as a reference for the health promotion planning of the staff and hospital managers.
