中文摘要

華語文教育人力素質高低攸關華語文教育組織的發展和推廣的成效。因華語文教育一直是國際認識臺灣的重要窗口之一,也是臺灣自我推銷國際的重要方式之一,故在華語文教育人力培育方式上如何發展,才能符合國際教育人力發展趨勢,實為當今值得探討的課題之一。因成人及終身教育的理念推展儼然成為21世紀的國際持續關注的焦點,也是教育典範轉移的階段性結果,是故,本文試圖從成人教育人力的意涵來發展華語文教育人力培育之概念;其次說明華語文教育人力培育的共同目標、基本能力和培育方式;最後,本文以成人及終身教育思潮認為基礎,借鏡國外高等教育之成人教育人力專業化培育的經驗;引用終身學習理念建構人力培育制度和建立正規及非正規教育統整取向的認證轉化運作機制來省思未來臺灣培育華語文教育人力可以發展的方向。

英文摘要

Human quality of TCSL is interrelated to development and efficacy of TCSL organizations. TCSL is always the most important one of ways for internationals understanding Taiwan and Taiwan marketing herself to internationals, so it is worth discussing on how to educate human of TCSL to meet the trends of the development of the international education. Because the concept of adult and lifelong education is focused in the 21st century, which is the outcome in transferring process of educational paradigm, firstly, creating the conceptions of human education for TCSL in human education of adult education perspective is described; secondly, the objects, basic abilities and educating ways of human education for ECSL is illustrated; finally, reflecting the future development of human education for TCSL in adult and lifelong education is discussed in this paper.
