本研究以合作關係出發探討合作穩定性,研究對象跳脫以往水平合作關係的穩定性研究框架,拓展至垂直供應鏈的合作場域,以供應商和顧客的合作關係進行探討。本研究致力找尋結合垂直合作關係及合作穩定性雙嬴槪念的框架,以關係觀點所提出的專屬關係資產、知識分享歷程、互補性能力及有效治理構面做為研究架構,再以合作過程進行分階段的寅務性探討,找出影響供應鏈合作穩定性的前因。本研究採個案研究法,以產量世界第一的家用縫紉機製造商為焦點廠商,針對焦點廠商與其挑選出的全球七家合作客戶進行三角驗證方法的資料訪談蒐集。
This research used the cooperative relationship to explore cooperation stability. Our subjects transcended the previous horizontal collaboration of stability to a vertical field of supply chain discussing the cooperative relationship between suppliers and customers. We strived to find a framework binding vertical partnerships and cooperation stability. We used the relational view for theoretical perspectives, the relation-specific assets, knowledge-sharing routines, complementary capabilities, and effective governance as our research structure. Then we used the cooperative stages to explore the phased practice to find antecedents of the cooperation stability of supply chain. We used the case study and identified the worlds largest supplier of household sewing machines as a focal firm,and then selected seven worldwide customers as interviewers to collect data by triangulation.
