春秋會盟朝聘時有擔任「副使」之「介」,其中二例乃任國君之「介」。《左傳》亦見「相」國君行禮之人三十則,去其繁重計二十三位。經本文討論,任國君之「介」、「相」以輔助國君行禮者職司相同,故可一併討論。本文整理《左傳》上述資料總計二十四位,其中二十二位確定任國君之「介」、「相」時身分為卿,比例高達91.67%。雖有二位未確知身分,然以如此高比例推求,則另二位品秩應亦為卿。

英文摘要

All Union Leagues in Spring and Autumn Period designated “Jiè” as “deputy envoys” to present themselves before Emperor Zhou. Two of them were designated by Monarch Rèn as examples. Form Zuo Zhuan, there were thirty parts mentioned “Xiāng” of saluting Monarchs, and shifted them by manners twenty three were qualified for “Qing”. Therefore, the function of “Jiè” and “Xiāng” were the same. Moreover, there were twenty four “Jiè” and “Xiāng” mentioned in Zuo Zhuan, and twenty two of them were “Qing” at that time. The percentage is up to 91.67. Although their identities were unknown, according to the high percentage their rank should be “Qing”.
