現今國際體壇發展趨勢在於如何迅速提高競技運動成績，並且能超越原有紀錄來領先各國，因此，如何在奧運會中取得佳績，無疑是各體育強國的重要任務。柔道運動也不例外，致力於對運動的分析與探討，並進而將訓練的學理基礎與科學化原則，在當前體壇深受重視與肯定。本文主旨為收集各類文獻資料分析，結合數十年經驗豐富的選手及教練加以探討，進而提供柔道運動之教練、選手與相關單位參考，此乃選手轉任教練之職對柔道運動之貢獻。目的：以教練觀察評估分析其實施計畫及策略，探討連珍羚選手備戰2020東京奧運會訓練計畫，分析探究目前國際柔道競技趨勢。結論：研究探討從連珍羚的奧運積分賽，實施計畫及策略中與訓練及參賽過程等相關分析，來瞭解我國柔道競賽發展上面臨的重要問題，進一步深入探討因應的對策與方法，祈許我國的柔道運動與世界柔道強國的水準抗衡。

The current international sports development trend lies in how to quickly improve athletic performance and surpass the original record to lead other countries. Therefore, how to achieve good results in the Olympics is undoubtedly an important task for all sports powers. Judo is no exception. It is committed to the analysis and discussion of sports, and the scientifically theoretical foundation and principles of training, which is highly valued and affirmed in the current sports world. The purpose of this article is to collect various documents and analyze them, combine it with discussion with players and coaches with decades of experience, and then provide judo coaches, players and related units the findings for reference. This is the contribution of players to judo when they are transferred to coaches. Purpose: Use qualitative research to evaluate the implementation plans and strategies, discuss the implementation plans and strategies of Chen-Ling Lien’s preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and analyze and explore the current international judo competition trends. Conclusion: The research and analysis of Chen-Ling Lien’s Olympic competition implementation plan and strategy and the training and competition process can help to understand the important issues facing the development of judo in my country. So it is necessary to further explore the countermeasures and methods in order to make our country's judo meet the standards of the world's judo powers.
