為探討桂竹十字搭接之接點力學行為,本研究以臺灣桂竹(Phyllostachys makinoi)竹桿及尼龍材質之黑繩做為試驗材料,分別以方回結十字綁紮方式將二支竹桿固定後,於竹桿接點處進行拉伸、滑移及旋轉等力學行為之分析。由試驗結果顯示:三個迴圈數即可使竹桿間有足夠之拉伸荷載(602.52 kgf),而拉伸試驗所得極限荷重(Ultimate load)遠高於滑移試驗之結果,說明該接點具有方向性。再者,綁繩接點處之竹節將可增加抵抗滑移的效果。由旋轉試驗結果可得知綁繩接點同時產生承載荷重及旋轉移動時,將不會因旋轉而造成竹桿破壞,此結果與傳統榫接之旋轉勁度相比可以得知,該接點幾乎無抵抗旋轉之能力,於接合形式之分類上可視其為不能移動但可自由轉動之鉸接點(Hinged connection)結構。

英文摘要

In this study, we used the Phyllostachys makinoi culms and the black nylon rope as the experimental and fixing materials to explore the mechanical behavior of cross-lap joint of Phyllostachys makinoi,. Firstly, two bamboo culms were fixed into cross-lap joint by square lashing to analyze the mechanical behavior of tension, slip and rotation at the bamboo joints. The results showed that three loops can make enough tensile load between bamboo culms (602.52 kgf). The ultimate load obtained by the tensile test was much higher than the result in slip test. It indicated that the joint was directional. Furthermore, the bamboo node at the joints would increase the resistance of slipping. From the results of the rotation test, it can be inferred that the bamboo culm will not be broken when the joint generates load and rotates at the same time. Compared with the rotational stiffness of the traditional tenon joint, this result found that the joint had almost no ability to resist rotation, and it can be regarded as a hinge connection that cannot be moved but can be rotated freely.
