本研究針對國立臺灣大學生物資源暨農學院實驗林管理處轄下的鳳凰山地區選擇兩個相鄰的人工林分,孟宗竹林與柳杉林,利用次世代定序平臺進行16SrRNA基因生物條碼定序,探究兩相鄰人工林分之土壤細菌相,孟宗竹林共識別出51,299個操作分類單元,柳杉林共識別出53,577個操作分類單元,兩個相鄰的人工林分之土壤細菌門分類群皆以Proteobacteria、Acidobacteria及Actinobacteria三個門為最主要的類群,土壤細菌優勢屬分析結果指出,兩林分具有相似的優勢菌群組成,且多數優勢菌群對季節的氣溫及雨量沒有呈現顯著的相關性變化。兩林分地被植物皆以曲莖馬藍最為優勢,但其物種組成差異大,顯示不同林下地被植物對土壤細菌群落沒有明顯影響。

英文摘要

This study used next generation sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene to explore soil bacterial communities of a Moso bamboo plantation and an adjacent Japanese cedar plantation of Mt. Fenghuang of the Experimental Forest, National Taiwan University. In total, there were 51,299 operational taxonomy units (OTUs) being identified in the Moso bamboo plantation and 53,577 OTUs in the Japanese cedar plantation. The phyla Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria were the main soil bacterial communities in the two adjacent stands. The dominant genera of these two sites were similar in composition, and most of the dominant genera showed no significant correlation with seasonal mean temperature and rainfall. The dominant spontaneous understory vegetation was Strobilanthes glandulifera in both stands, but the remaining plant species composition was quite different. This demonstrated that the composition of the understory vegetation does not significant influence on the soil bacterial communities.
